Разбор
Our QA engineer joins as early as the planning stage. While we discuss a feature, she writes test cases and often finds edge cases we missed in the requirements.
Developers write unit and integration tests, and QA owns the end-to-end suite and exploratory testing. Before each release she runs a regression on the main flows.
When she finds a bug, she files a report with steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, and sets the severity. The product manager sets the priority, and together we decide whether it blocks the release.
