Do you have any questions for us? No, I think everything is clear
- What does the hiring process look like from here?
- What's the timeline for a decision?
- Is the role fully remote, or is there an office component?
- What does a typical day look like for you?
- How does code review work on your team?
- How often do you deploy to production?
- What's the biggest technical challenge the team is facing right now?
- What would success look like in the first three months?
- How do you measure performance on the team?
- Why is this position open?
- How are priorities set between product and engineering?
- I'd love to know more about ...
- Could you tell me a bit about ...?
- I was curious about ...
- Just to follow up on what you said about ...
Could you tell me how the team is structured? (не how is the team structured).
- What does your company do?
- «No questions».
Can you tell me what is the stack? Нужно what the stack is.
- «How is your process of deploy?» Лучше How do you deploy? или What does your deployment process look like?
That makes sense, thanks.
- Do you have any questions for us?
- Is there anything else you'd like to know?
- What's important for you in your next role?
- What questions do you have about the team?
